Considering the requirements of the individual site, we always strive to accommodate the needs and wishes of our client. EcoScapes is a design/build company, however, we are flexible and work with client provided designs, as well as part of a team on larger projects. 

The various aspects of all our projects are executed as a cohesive unit and on sizable installations, scheduled phases, with as many specifics as possible communicated to the client, general contractor or other designated representative. Our designer, project manager and/or crew leaders work closely with the client, or their representative, throughout the entirety of the project. Underground work is photographed and a CD is included with other documentation at the conclusion of a project as part of the Owner’s Operation & Maintenance Manual where appropriate.

The foundation of all our gardens is the health and activation of the soil, using appropriate amounts of correct amendments, necessary drainage as required and adequate mulches. These techniques help maintain soil moisture and allow for the growth of microorganisms required for sustainable soils and lead to thriving plants.

EcoScapes Planting Guarantee:

• Upon signing a maintenance contract with EcoScapes we guarantee all our plantings for one year after completion of initial installation.
• If we install irrigation (or update/extend existing) we provide you a service for the initial establishment and maintenance for a period of three months. This guarantees plantings and irrigation. We will schedule visits two weeks, six weeks and three months to check in. This service is included in the estimate.
• If no irrigation is installed or onsite, EcoScapes does not guarantee plantings after the initial installation. We will provide you guidelines for watering your new plants.
